It’s clear that Trump, who is the descendant of a German whore master, is an ignorant, semi-literate man — not to mention an unsuccessful business man and a draft dodger. In every decision he makes, his sole aim is to bolster his ego by becoming a total dictator.
What right does Trump have to take away food from starving children or impoverished elderly? He has never suffered want. It has all been given to him.
What right does he have to destroy our nation’s educational system, which is designed to raise the level of all members of its society? Measures designed to help equalize opportunity for everyone.
What right does this man have to deprive society of empathy? To set us back in the long battle that the nation has fought and is still fighting for equality for all members of its society, regardless of ethnicity, race, or gender.
America, though not always successful, has struggled since the Civil War to become an increasingly empathetic country, with the government, by and large, devoted to the improvement of the lives of all people. We have been consistently moving towards equality and inclusion. President Roosevelt, who came from the most aristocratic American family, and Eleanor Roosevelt dedicated their lives to that cause. All presidents for that matter, have, in their own way, moved us forward in this fight, even while supporting capitalism.
Trump, on the other hand, has dedicated his life to divisiveness, the destruction of our democracy, and the deprivation of empathy for the American people. All for the benefit of his own ego and “kiss-the-ring,” sycophant, billionaire supporters who, like him, have no regard for the benefit of our society. Simply, he is a “wannabe Hitler.”
Hitler, like Trump, was elected by the people of Germany. Hitler was also going to make Germany “great again.” And what did he do to Germany? He destroyed the Weimar Democratic constitution. He murdered 6 million people and caused WWII.
