The King and his Henchman

Elon Musk, an immigrant from South Africa, moved to Canada in 1988 at 17 with his mother to pursue higher education, in addition to avoiding mandatory service in the South African military. Then, in 1995, he moved to California to attend Stanford University, where he was able to develop his skills and co-found the software company Zip2 (which is known for providing and licensing online city guide software to newspapers). Then going on to sell that for $307 million (of which his share was $22 million) in 1999. That same year, along with Ed Ho, Harris Fricker, and Christopher Payne, he founded the online banking service X.com, which later was renamed PayPal. Then in 2002, the company was acquired by eBay, and Musk walked away with $175 million, the very same year he legally became a citizen of the United States. This primed him to be an early investor in Tesla and set him on the course to take over the company as chairman and CEO in 2008.

Nobody would deny him these achievements. They very much showcase his strategy and smarts in the business world. This however does not qualify him in any possible way to be an unelected co-president of the United States of America. It does not give him the right to treat the Oval Office as his private playground for his child. It surely does not give him the right to have access in any manor, shape, or form to the private information of private citizens of the United States. He is a man who has never been elected to public office and, in truth, should never be elected to public office. His only interest is to serve his own financial and egotistical goals.

If the congress and the senate of the United States do not step up to take control over both the president and his henchman, Elon Musk, this country will be destroyed by them. This country, this nation, this democracy, NATO, the EU, and everything that has contributed to the safety of Europe and America since WWII. These men are dangerous and destructive. The Congress and the Senate must step up to protect the citizens of this country. That is their job: to represent the citizens of this country and to exercise the limit of power that either a president or his henchmen may have. They have not been elected to “kiss the ring” of any un-appointed leader or an appointed one who would dare call himself “King.”
